We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or issue refunds in specific situations listed below. This helps us reduce waste and avoid overproduction.
We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You receive the wrong item
- There is a printing or quality issue with your order
Please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number, photos (if applicable), and a brief description of the issue.
Sizing & Fit
Please review the size chart and product details carefully before placing your order. We include fit notes and sizing guidance throughout the site to help you choose the best size for you.
Because our products are made to order, we generally cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing.
That said, we understand sizing can occasionally be tricky. If your item doesn’t fit quite right, feel free to contact us and we’ll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.
Some customers also intentionally use a warmer dryer setting for a slightly more fitted feel over time, especially if between sizes.
Non-Returnable Items
We generally cannot accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size ordered
- Orders sent to the wrong address entered at checkout
- Normal wear and tear
Exchanges
If there is an issue with your order such as damage, printing defects, or receiving the wrong item, please contact us and we’ll make it right.

How To Start a Return
To start a return or report an issue, email us at trowear.support@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos, if applicable
We’ll respond as soon as possible with next steps.
Refunds
Once we review your request, we’ll let you know whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
