What size should I order?

We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Fit can vary slightly depending on the style, but we include sizing notes throughout the site to help you choose the best fit.

For reference, I typically wear a Small in most brands but wear an XS in my own shorts.

If you're between sizes, some customers intentionally use a warmer dryer setting for a slightly more fitted feel over time.

Are the shorts true to size?

Most customers find the shorts fit true to size based on the size chart provided on each product page. Please check the measurements, especially when purchasing multiple items.

If you prefer a more relaxed fit, consider sizing up. If you prefer a shorter or more fitted look, you may prefer your measured size or slightly smaller depending on body type and preference.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because products are made to order, we generally cannot guarantee returns or exchanges for sizing issues.

However, if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or has a significant printing or manufacturing defect, please contact us and we'll make it right.

If you have a sizing-related concern, feel free to reach out and we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days before shipping.

Shipping times can vary depending on your location, carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Why are items made to order?

Most items are made to order to help reduce waste and overproduction.

This allows us to release smaller collections, experiment creatively, and avoid producing excess inventory.

Will the colors look exactly like the photos?

We do our best to accurately represent colors and prints in product photos.

However, slight differences may occur depending on screen settings, lighting, fabric texture, and the printing process.

How should I wash the shorts?

For best longevity, we recommend washing cold and tumble drying low.

Some customers intentionally use a warmer dryer setting for a slightly more fitted feel over time, especially if between sizes.
